Our story starts where family and community meet.

We began as a family-owned property solutions firm with a commitment to revitalizing undervalued real estate, creating quality housing, and expanding job opportunities for our neighbors. As our projects grew, so did our mission: we saw firsthand how underserved communities often lack the same access to trusted services and investment that larger markets enjoy.

At the same time, state and local agencies were facing their own challenges such as needing certified, responsive, and capable partners to handle everything from vehicle procurement to facility improvements, all while meeting supplier diversity goals.

We realized we could solve both problems at once.

By combining our redevelopment expertise with a new focus on government procurement, Scott Able Group evolved into a certified women- and minority-owned partner delivering smart solutions and stronger communities under one roof.
